How do you proceed?
To become a user it is important that every user registers in our system by filling in the e- agreement below. Please make sure that all the information is correct. Only companies with an aproval agreement with Norges Sjømatråd, or a producer accepted of the Norwegian Food Safety Authority Mattilsynet will be accepted as a user of the portal www.CatchCertificate.no.
What is the important news? Every user of the Portal is currently registered in our records. Please note, however, that it will be very important to be registered with the correct mobile phone number. All users who request using the Portal will need a mobile phone with a registered phone number and the ability to receive SMS messages. CatchCertificate SA will provide the users with a User name and a pin code, by forwarding it to the registered telephone number in an SMS. Every user will need their personal pin code the first time when they log in to the system. You will automaticly be sent to a password site – so you can create your own password. Remember that the password must consist of minimum 6 caracters and at least 1 big letter, 1 smal letter and a figer.Every user of the Portal is currently registered in our records. 1. General
The internet service of www.catchcertificate.no is available for Norwegian exporters and producers of wild catch fish exported to the EU. www.catchcertificate.no will produce catchcertificate, producerdeclaration and storagedeclaration. Producerdeclaration and storagedeclaration is based on 3. Countrie’s catchcertificates, the exporter / producer is responsible to have them available in a pdf format. The agreement is valid until further notice and only with regard to the persons listed below.
2. CatchCertificate SA responsibilities
CatchCertificate SA must provide the users with the correct and most updated information available. CatchCertificate cannot be blamed for technical errors or problematic communication.
3. Security rules for the users
The user must make sure his password is secure and safe, and must make sure intruders are excluded from the services. If there is any suspicion that trespassers have gained access to the Portal or information from the Portal, it is important to report this to CatchCertificate SA immediately. CatchCertificate will provide the user with a password once this agreement has been signed and returned. The registered mobile phone must be able to receive SMS-messages. The password is generated by CatchCertificate SA and is the electronic signature for log ons to the secure services.
4. Termination
This agreement can be terminated with one (1) week's notice, which may be made in writing or via E-mail. Misuse of this service can lead to its termination.
